Welcome to HypnoBuddy. By accessing or using our website, software, plugins, memberships, tools, content, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use HypnoBuddy.

1. About HypnoBuddy

HypnoBuddy provides digital tools, software plugins, resources, audio, scripts, training aids, and related materials designed for use by hypnotherapists, coaches, and personal development professionals.

2. Eligibility

HypnoBuddy:

  • Does NOT diagnose, treat, or cure any condition

  • Is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care

You are solely responsible for:

  • How you use scripts, audio, tools, and outputs

  • Ensuring compliance with your professional code of ethics

  • Ensuring client suitability and informed consent

4. User Accounts & Membership

You agree to:

  • Keep login details secure

  • Not share accounts or access with others

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, abuse, or breach of these terms

5. Payments, Subscriptions & Trials

  • Prices are displayed at the point of purchase

  • Subscriptions may include free trials

  • Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically

  • You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of HypnoBuddy:

  • No refunds are offered once access is granted, unless required by law

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by HypnoBuddy, including but not limited to:

  • Software

  • Plugins

  • Scripts

  • Audio

  • Visuals

  • Branding

  • Logos

  • UI designs

…is owned by HypnoBuddy or licensed to us.

You may:

  • Use generated content in your own professional practice

You may NOT:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute HypnoBuddy tools or content

  • Share login access

  • Claim ownership of HypnoBuddy software or frameworks

7. User-Generated Content

Any scripts, audio, files, or content you create or upload:

  • Remain your responsibility

  • You confirm you have rights to upload them

  • Must not infringe copyright or laws

HypnoBuddy is not liable for loss, misuse, or deletion of user-generated content.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use HypnoBuddy for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes

  • Misrepresent outputs as medical advice

  • Use the platform to exploit, manipulate, or harm others

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or abuse the system

9. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Some content may be generated using AI systems.

You acknowledge:

  • AI outputs may contain errors or omissions

  • You must review, edit, and take full responsibility before use

  • HypnoBuddy is not liable for outcomes arising from AI-generated content

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • HypnoBuddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss

  • This includes loss of income, clients, data, reputation, or business opportunities

Your use of HypnoBuddy is entirely at your own risk.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold HypnoBuddy harmless against any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your clients

  • Your professional practice

  • Your breach of these Terms

12. Availability & Changes

Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access:

  • For breach of these Terms

  • For misuse of the platform

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
