Commission
School Partners receive 30% recurring commission on each successful £10 monthly HypnoBuddy subscription attributed to their referral link, paid monthly while the referred member remains subscribed and the subscription remains eligible.
School Partner access
The hidden HypnoBuddy School Partner membership level is provided without a monthly membership fee and includes access to the standard HypnoBuddy tools.
Directory profile
School Partners and qualifying HypnoBuddy subscribers can receive a complimentary professional profile on HypnotherapistMatch.com.
Cloned Voice generation
Cloned Voice generation is not included in the free School Partner access and remains separately chargeable.
Tracking and payments
Referral tracking, commission reporting and monthly payments will operate through the HypnoBuddy affiliate system. Additional operational details can be added here before launch.

Qualifying commission
Commission is earned only on successful qualifying subscription payments. Free trials, failed payments, refunded payments, chargebacks and separately charged services such as Cloned Voice generation do not earn commission.
Monthly payments and minimum payout
Commission is calculated monthly and is normally paid by the 15th of the following month once the cleared commission balance reaches £20. Balances below £20 roll forward until the threshold is reached. Payment will be made by bank transfer or another method agreed with the School Partner.
Refunds and chargebacks
If commission has been credited on a payment that is later refunded or charged back, the corresponding commission may be removed from the unpaid balance or deducted from a future commission payment.
Referral tracking
Each School Partner receives a unique referral link. Partners should use this link wherever practical so referrals can be correctly tracked. HypnoBuddy is not automatically obliged to retrospectively assign commission where a subscription was not recorded as an affiliate referral, although obvious tracking errors may be corrected manually at HypnoBuddy’s discretion.
Rejoining subscribers
If a referred subscriber cancels, commission stops when their qualifying paid subscription ends. If that person later rejoins, the affiliate attribution recorded by the HypnoBuddy affiliate system at the time of the new subscription will apply.
Self-referrals
School Partners must not use their own referral link simply to generate commission on subscriptions or purchases made for themselves.
Responsible promotion
Partners must not make false or misleading claims about HypnoBuddy, guaranteed client results, guaranteed earnings or therapy outcomes. Affiliate links must not be promoted through spam, unlawful unsolicited bulk marketing or deceptive advertising.
Use of the HypnoBuddy name
Partners may describe themselves as a “HypnoBuddy School Partner” while participating in the programme, but must not present themselves as the owner, operator, employee or official representative of HypnoBuddy.
Tax and payment details
School Partners are responsible for providing accurate payment details and for declaring and paying any tax or other liabilities that may arise from affiliate income.
Changes to the programme
HypnoBuddy may update the programme, commission arrangements or these Terms when reasonably necessary. School Partners will be given reasonable notice of material changes. Commission already earned before a change takes effect will not be retrospectively reduced.
Ending the partnership
Either party may end the School Partner relationship. New referrals stop qualifying when the partnership ends. Free School Partner access and other partner-only benefits may also end, but qualifying recurring commission from subscribers referred before a voluntary departure will continue as described above.
