One payout. Clean slate.
There is no minimum annual payout in the current plan. Every qualifying balance is intended to be paid in the December payout run, leaving a clean balance for the new earning year. Cloned Voice generation remains separately chargeable and does not earn affiliate commission unless specifically stated otherwise.

1. Voluntary participation
The HypnoBuddy Member Affiliate Programme is optional. HypnoBuddy members are not automatically enrolled. A member becomes an affiliate only after choosing to apply and accepting these Terms.
2. Affiliate relationship
Member Affiliates are independent participants in a referral programme. Participation does not create an employment, agency, franchise, partnership or representative relationship with HypnoBuddy.
3. Recurring commission
The current working commission rate is 20% on each successful qualifying £10 monthly HypnoBuddy subscription correctly attributed to the Member Affiliate. The percentage shown on the affiliate page and recorded by the affiliate system at the relevant time will apply.
4. Annual Christmas Cash payout
Qualifying affiliate commission accumulates through the earning year and is paid in an annual December payout. The current plan has no minimum payout threshold: every qualifying unpaid balance is intended to be included so that paid balances can start the new earning year at zero.
5. Qualifying referrals
Commission is payable only on successful qualifying subscription payments attributed to the affiliate. Free trials, failed payments, refunds, chargebacks and separately charged services such as Cloned Voice generation do not earn commission unless HypnoBuddy explicitly states otherwise.
6. Honest promotion
Affiliates must promote HypnoBuddy honestly and must not make false claims about guaranteed earnings, guaranteed client results, therapy outcomes or HypnoBuddy services. Spam, deceptive promotion and unlawful unsolicited bulk marketing are not permitted.

Referral tracking
Each approved affiliate receives a unique referral link. Affiliates should use that link wherever practical so referrals can be correctly attributed. HypnoBuddy is not automatically required to retrospectively assign commission where the affiliate tracking system did not record the referral, although obvious technical errors may be corrected manually where appropriate.
Recurring payments
Where the affiliate system records recurring commission, qualifying commission continues on successful subscription renewals while the referred member remains subscribed and the referral remains eligible under the programme rules.
Refunds and chargebacks
Commission relating to a payment that is later refunded, reversed or charged back may be removed from the unpaid balance or adjusted against later earnings.
December payout process
HypnoBuddy intends to make the annual Member Affiliate payout in December using an appropriate payout method. The current operational plan is to use Wise Business batch payments sent by email, allowing the affiliate to provide their own bank details directly to Wise rather than storing those details in HypnoBuddy.
Unclaimed or expired Wise payment
If an affiliate does not complete the Wise recipient process before a payment link expires, the commission is not forfeited. The unpaid amount remains due and can be included in a later payout attempt once the affiliate can receive it.
Leaving or removal from the programme
An affiliate may stop participating at any time. Commission already validly earned remains payable subject to refunds, chargebacks and adjustments. HypnoBuddy may suspend or remove an affiliate for fraud, referral manipulation, misleading promotion, abuse of the programme or a serious breach of these Terms, and may withhold commission shown to result from fraudulent or abusive activity.
Tax
Affiliates are responsible for declaring affiliate income and for any tax or other liabilities that apply to them.
Programme changes
HypnoBuddy may update the programme, commission rate, payout arrangements or these Terms when reasonably necessary. Material changes should be communicated before they take effect. Commission already validly earned before a change takes effect will not be retrospectively reduced.
